Ok, so I started the day with the fatal1ty mod 1.4. I discovered Drakaz mod and installed it (with wipe) and most apps didnt show. Now, I rewiped, applied Drakaz mod again and it seams to work fine with everything expected included. Maybe who had fatal1ty before get some problems associated with it.

Hmm... might be so, I also had Fatal1ty's mod before I flashed this one

should try to reupdate with the zip

works again for me.
flashed fatalaty again.. resetet fatalaity to factory default (still no input and no apps..this is the problem why i dont want it..). then recovery..wiped data (just for sure) flashed hero mod. reboot... (let it alone some minutes just in case the apps are installing in background or whatever).. power off: wipe data to factory. reboot: everything fine and installed

edit: just find a bug? where are the default camera and video recorder and galerie apps?

So using that method you got all widgets and stuff installed? No need to do the permission-fix or anything else?

Do you use my recovery to wipe and update ? Do you have the last version of it and last version of RECTOOLS.tar.gz ?

Many people flash the rom with my recovery without any problem like yours...

Yep, your recovery + tools... really weird. Don't get a single widget or app apart from Superuser Whitelist :S

EDIT: It's the apps in <update.zip>\data\app that doesn't get installed... HTC_IME and Superuser is in <update.zip>\system\app and they get installed fine

ive got it now... recovery: wipe, install update.zip. reboot... ok few things missing. wipe again, install update.zip, reboot: everything fine

very strange, but now i have all working
